We are not allowing kindergartners to “play-act” any version of
the game Fortnite while at school. There has been an increase
of physical hitting and shoving during play time and when we talk
to the children they are telling us that they are trying to play Fortnite.
We understand that families will make their own choices about what to
expose their children to while at home, but at school we have looked
up the game on Common Sense Media and have determined that it
is not appropriate for our kindergarten program.

"THE ENCHANTED BOOK FAIR" IS THIS WEEK
This week our HSA will be hosting the Scholastic " Enchanted Book Fair" November 5-8 in the Parish Hall. Students will be visiting the Book Fair during the school day to work on their wish list and to make purchases. There will be a Family Night on Wednesday, November 7th from 3:00PM-8:00PM.
Students are encouraged to bring in their loose change for the "All 4 Books Collection." For every dollar collected, Scholastic will donate a book for an underprivileged child. The class that brings in the most money will win an afternoon movie in the library with Mrs. Lambert. The All 4 Books Collection will end on Wednesday, November 7th at recess.
