Halloween Celebration

Timeline for Friday, October 27, 2017

7:00 a.m.	Photo backdrop set up	Help needed  from adult volunteers
7:30-8:00 a.m.	Student pictures  in front of backdrop	Each child will have an individual picture taken
Approximate 8:15 a.m.	Students will participate in a school wide  costume parade	Family members who wish to observe   may wait outside  to watch the parade.
10:15 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.	Kindergarten special snack and hands on themed activities	Only the adult helpers who have signed up on Shutterfly to volunteer will remain on campus to help. Please note the arrival time for volunteers on Shutterfly.
11:45 a.m. Kindergarten dismissal	School is out early, please make arrangements for early pick up.	Students who are not picked up will be taken to daycare as the teachers are leaving campus to attend an in-service. We hope to see you later that night  at Trunk-or-Treat!

Dear Families,

            We are looking for helpers to assist us with our activities on Friday, October 27, 2017. Sign-ups will be posted on our class Shutterfly account. Volunteers for most jobs must be cleared to work with students. Please look carefully at the sign-up sheet to see if it is a position that will require Safe Environment Requirements to be met. We need volunteers to sign up as soon as possible so that we can verify clearance.
