Religion – Zacchaeus Listens to Jesus Luke 19:1-8 Friends of Jesus are fair and kind.
Math – Subtraction Fluency, Composing and decomposing numbers to 20
Science – Caring for Planet Earth, Energy and Motion
Social Studies- Now and Long Ago
Language Arts –Composing 3 sentences, Spelling CVC words, rhyming words, blending, sight word stories, syllables
Homework – Optional Homework Packet is available on Tuesday.

Tues., April 17- Early dismissal 1:40 p.m. Please sign up on Sycamore if you need your child to attend Homework Club.
Wed., April 18- STEAM Night 5:30-7:30 p.m. in the Hall for pre-registered students accompanied by a parent
Thurs., April 19- Parenting in a Digital World PARENT presentation 6:30 p.m. in the Hall. Please see the weekly school email for information on available babysitting. Parents can get FISH hours for attending (use Activity #476). Students whose parent(s) attend will have non-uniform dress on Monday, April 23rd.
Fri., April 20-  11:45 a.m. Dismissal, Teacher Religious In-service

Wed., May 2- State of the School Address, 6:30 p.m.
Fri., May 4-   Kindergarten/First Grade Retreat 11:45 a.m. Dismissal, Teacher Religious In-service
May 9,10,11-   PORTFOLIO CONFERENCES 11:45 a.m. Dismissal, Please be on the lookout for appointments to open up on Sycamore. This is a meeting for us to hear from your child what he/she has been learning. The kindergartner must be in attendance at this conference or we will have to re-schedule. PLEASE don’t forget to bring your child with you to your appointment! THANK YOU!!!

Fri., June 1-   Field Day, Uniform exchange
Fri., June 8-   TK/Kindergarten Picnic- Last Regular Day of Kindergarten
Mon. June 11- Kindergarten Graduation, Ceremony begins at 10 a.m. Students should be dropped off at their classroom at 9:30 a.m. and then parents and family members should proceed to the church to find their seating.
