This Week We Are Learning About:
Religion – Creation
Math – Classifying, sorting, and counting objects
Science – How and why Earth is constantly changing
Social Studies- Safety Procedures
Language Arts – Writing your name, alphabet, listening and discussing stories
Homework – Optional Homework Packet is available on Tuesday.
P.E is on Tuesday and Thursday. Please remember to wear your PE uniform on these days.
Share Assignments begin this week. Please take note of your child’s share day. Your child should be prepared to speak about the weekly topic on this assigned day each week.
*** Shoes and Socks ***
Students need to wear rubber-soled tie or Velcro closure shoes every day.
Students need to wear socks that are high enough to cover their ankles every day.

Tues. Sept. 18 - Beginning this Tuesday the kindergarten teachers will take turns attending Faculty Prayer Group. The faculty gathers on Tuesday mornings before school starts to pray together and share special intentions. Drop off on Tuesday mornings will alternate between the two classrooms as Mrs. Cierley and Mrs. Liljeberg will take turns attending Faculty Prayer Group.
Early Dismissal: Kindergarten is from 7:55 a.m.-1:40 p.m. every Tuesday. Please sign up on Sycamore for homework club if your child is going to stay on campus until 2:45 p.m.
Wed. Sept. 19 - Student Body Mass, kindergarteners wear Formal Uniform
Thurs. Sept. 20 - HSA meeting
Fri. Sept. 21- August/September birthday snacks
