COLOR RUN Collection has begun!
The Color Run fundraiser has officially
begun. We are off to a great start. 100+ tickets were sold in the
first 2 days! Great job Eagles! Our first goal is to sell 1,000 tickets
so that we can have a Crazy Sock Day. Turn in your 1st batch of tickets
stubs & money this Tuesday. There are plenty of opportunities for FISH
hours through the Color Run. Send in your pink form today or email our
Volunteer Coordinator, Annie Montoya annieandruss@ca.rr.com.
6th Grade
Buddies
Kindergarteners have each been assigned
a 6th grade Buddy for the school year. Students enjoy
Buddy time. Our Buddies help us by:
·
Escorting us to church for school masses
·
Creating projects with us
·
Playing games with us
Most importantly, the 6th graders
aspire to demonstrate good choices and respectful behavior to the
kindergarteners. Kindergarteners benefit in learning student learning
expectations from an older child.
We will usually see them for Mass, on
some full schedule Fridays and at some special events. We will make
letters, cards and crafts as gifts to our Buddies during
school.
Please do not send any special gifts to
your child’s Buddy for any special occasion.
