Language Arts – Names: uppercase letter followed by lowercase
Math - Position words, classification, sorting and grouping
Social Studies – Classroom behavior
Science – Earth changes
No Homework or Share this week
Physical Education is on Tuesday and Thursday. Students wear their blue shorts and t-shirt all day for PE. They do not need to change clothes.
Remember:
· Get a good night’s sleep.
· Bring your blue bag, blue folder, snack and drink, lunch and drink (or order ChoiceLunch) every day.
· Try to use the restroom in the morning.

Mon, Sept 4 – NO SCHOOL – Labor Day
Tue, Sept 5 – EARLY DISMISSAL DAY – Kindergarten 7:55am – 1:40pm We also offer Homework Club on this day, if you are unable to pick up your child early and they do not usually attend DayCare. It is from 2:00-2:45pm on Early Dismissal Tuesdays. A teacher walks kindergarten students to Homework Club, located in the TK room. Students must be picked up by 3:00pm or they will be sent to Day Care. If you need Homework Club, you must sign-up in advance on Sycamore. Please contact the office for more information 714-827-4500.
Wed Sept 6 – SCHOOL PICTURE DAY
Fri, Sept 8 – FRIENDSHIP DAY – We will celebrate friends in kindergarten. Students should also bring a pretend friend – stuffed animal, teddy bear or doll - to school on this day.
Tue, Sept 12 – STUDENT BODY MASS at 8:30am. - Formal Uniform Required
